What mentoring looks like
This is collaborative, not prescriptive. We work with what’s real in your life right now; rather than an aspirational version of you. We include what inspires you, what lights you up from the inside and what your inner guidance is suggesting.
We look at where you’ve been holding things together with strategies that once protected you and are now restrictive, and we create space for approaches that fit who you are today.
Your values, your energy, and your lived experience set the pace. The transformation comes from congruence, change that is sustainable for your system, even if your system fluctuates.
Change can feel disorientating, uneven, and rarely tidy
It isn’t always a breakthrough moment; sometimes it’s slow reconfiguring, old habits loosening, or discovering you don’t want what you thought you wanted.
I stay alongside you through the uncertainty, working at your pace, helping you make sense of what’s shifting so you can choose your next move from clarity and trust.

My approach
As a late-identified person, who leads from lived-experience and works from the everyday reality of navigating the ‘real-life’ experiences, I am by your side. My approach to mentoring is from a collaborative perspective; we explore what’s true for you, what’s been shaping your energy and choices, and what actually supports your sustainable growth. The work is reflective and practical: conversation that goes deep enough to bring insights and revelations is grounded with tools that are actually useful in the day-to-day. This is important because our days become our years and decades. I don’t prescribe a template for “success”; we co-create strategies that match your preferences, your pace, your values. The aim is straightforward; a life that feels congruent, chosen, and specifically yours, with tools and neuro-affirming strategies and practices so as to create choices with where you are excited to go and making the path to get there a bit easier.
