This has been on my mind for six years. Six years of dreaming, refining, and holding this vision close to my heart. And now, it’s real. Digitally, at least. I’ve created something I truly believe in, the Neurokin Network, and honestly, my mind is blown.

It’s going to take some time to process, but if you’re here reading this, I know you get it. Big transformations often do.

Let me lay out the vision for you.

Supporting New Graduates: A Core Focus

Transitioning from being a student to whatever comes next can be one of the most disorienting, vulnerable, and exciting times of our lives. It’s a journey I deeply care about because I’ve been there, and I’ve walked with others through it.

That’s why one of the Neurokin Network’s primary focuses will be supporting new graduates as they take their next steps. Over the coming weeks, expect to see resources specifically designed to help with this.

I’ll also be launching a programme dedicated to this exact transition, along with open office hours for you to drop in, ask questions, and find guidance in real time.

Support for All Graduates, No Matter Where You Are

Whether you’ve found your first role, are still figuring out your next move, or are somewhere in between, I’ll also be offering signposting, advice, and guidance to help you navigate the unique challenges that come with being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world.

Building Community: The Heart of the Network

Here’s where things get exciting: the Neurokin Network is more than just a resource hub. It’s a community.

I’ve been dreaming about this since I started working with students receiving DSA seven years ago. Imagine a space where we, neurodivergent minds, can come together to collaborate, create, and play. A place where we can move beyond the constraints of university and work environments and embrace the brilliance of being made to a different design.

Because, let’s be honest: trying to “fit” into pre-designed shapes that don’t consider us is exhausting. If you’ve ever felt like you were contorting yourself into something you’re not, you’ll understand why this matters so much.

I love our neurodivergences with my whole heart. And I want us to have a safe space to thrive.

What to Expect When You Join

Let’s talk about expectations.

When you join the Neurokin Network, you’re stepping into something new, a minimalist experience at first. There won’t be a flood of content or a bustling community right away, and that’s intentional.

Here’s why:

  1. Nervous System Regulation – I won’t overwhelm you with sparkly things and nonstop notifications. We’re building this space in a way that feels safe, calm, and sustainable for our beautifully unique brains.
  2. Co-Creation – This is a space we’re going to build together. Your input, your ideas, and your needs will shape the Neurokin Network as it grows.

Will it be a little rough around the edges at first? Sure. But that’s part of the process, and I’m here for it. If you notice any glitches or have suggestions, let me know, this is a work in progress, and I promise it’ll get prettier over time.

Membership and Accessibility

The first 28 days are free. That’s your time to settle in, explore, and see how it’s evolving.

After that, if you decide to stay, the membership fee is £15 per month.

Here’s the deal: these fees go toward maintaining the infrastructure of the network. If financial constraints ever make membership inaccessible for you, please let me know. One of my core values is economic justice, and any surplus will be reinvested to provide financial accessibility for others in our community.

As a founding member, your membership fee will remain fixed for as long as you’re part of the network, no surprises down the line.

What Comes Next?

I have so many ideas, plans, and resources to share with you. But first, I want to give this space time to breathe. Let’s see what emerges when we allow it to unfold naturally.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for being YOU. From the very first day, you’ve inspired me to dream bigger and create boldly.

I can’t wait to see what we’ll build together.

With love,
Marina XO
