Case Study 5: Rediscovering Strengths in Neurodiversity

Client: Krista Goalby, SoulGoals Summer Programme

Challenges: Krista felt overwhelmed by a world not designed for neurodiverse individuals and struggled to view her sensitivity and empathy as strengths.

Results: Through Marina’s programme, Krista gained confidence and found a supportive space where she could embrace her neurodiversity. Marina helped her reframe her sensitivities as strengths, making Krista feel more confident in expressing her uniqueness. Krista described the course as a transformative experience, giving her the courage to feel at ease and more capable of navigating the world.

Impact: The course allowed Krista to overcome the feeling of being an outsider and recognize that her neurodiverse traits made her an asset, both personally and professionally.

“Marina is the most gifted, unconditional, non-judgmental, intuitive, generous, capable healer I have met in the many years of playing in the spiritual arena. If you choose her to guide you back to yourself expect big changes and lots of magic and don’t forget to put your seat belt on. The only thing you can lose doesn’t belong to you anyway e.g. conditioning, other people’s opinions, social programming, and not to mention that heavy feeling in the pit of your stomach.”
